2. ALL items sold are brand new and as per product description unless stated otherwise.

3. Item sold is based on first come first serve basis.

4. Goods sold are not returnable. However, i guarantee that I have checked thoroughly before I decide to sell it online. In other words, no refund / exchange is allowed.

Delivery

1. Item(s) will be shipped out once payment is received.

2. Please allow one week delivery within Malaysia and 14 working days outside Malaysia.

3. Self pick up item is only available at Pusat Bandar Damansara from 8.30 am to 5 pm during weekdays only.

4. I am willing to deliver the item(s) directly to you if you are staying around Ampang, Gombak, Segambut, Jalan Kuching, Petaling Jaya, Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas with a flat rate charge of RM10.

5. Courier service will be charge at a flat rate of RM5 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM10 for Sabah and Sarawak.
